Clean and gently dry the face. Mix one heaping teaspoon with water, aloe gel or milk. Apply uniformly, avoiding the eyes and lip area. Relax, and let the mask function for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with abundant water or shower.
Can be used 2-3 times per week.
